PM Fine Art Photography and Printing Studio is owned and operated by Peter Mennim.

Peter studied Fine Art at Reading University and then lived abroad for many years. He returned to London in 1984 and worked as an illustrator for all the major advertising agencies and publishing houses. His Illustrations include the book jacket 'Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' by Douglas Adams, 'Rum, Sodemy and the Lash' record cover for the Pogues and 'The Crow' and 'Highlander' film posters.

Along with his artistic work came the need to hire and direct photographers to create reference for the illustrations. Peter began to do this photographic work himself in order to obtain exactly the results wanted. Later these photographic skills were developed under the tutelage of a photographer specializing in the photography of FIne Art.

For the past ten years he has photographed and made prints for artists, photographers, museums, galleries, and individuals throughout the UK and abroad.

Peter continues to work as an artist and his art website can be viewed here.

Peter is assisted by his wife, Ellie Mennim who worked as a graphic designer for over 25 years in America. First employed as a typesetter and designer for Kripalu Center for Holisitic Health, the publications produced by that organisation helped turn it from a small residential house of yoga practitioners to one of the largest health centers in the world. Later she worked as a freelancer in the Boston area for all major publishers and then for twelve years as Manager of Marketing Services for a large division of Rockwell Allen-Bradley (A Fortune 50 company) where she supervised printing, design, editorial, and production of marketing, sales, and manufacturing publications for the organisation.
